Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery or BAMS is an undergraduate degree in the medical field. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET is a single national-level medical entrance examination for getting admission to 52,720 AYUSH seats offered by 914 AYUSH, and other colleges in India. BAMS admission without NEET is possible and medical colleges offer admission to students on the basis of 12th board exam results. Students who have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Biology by scoring a minimum of 50% marks (UR category) and 40% (reserved category) marks are eligible to take admission for BAMS without NEET.
