Description
Changemantras is a change management consulting firm that provides assistance and services in finding solutions on organizational and programmatic challenges that organisations and leaders in the development sector face. We support organisations to optimize effectiveness and impact, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of their approaches and services for their stakeholders and clients.
Rather than offering ‘advice or solutions’, we design and facilitate processes with clients to innovate, adapt and build relevance to contexts, make feasible choices towards optimizing the potential and aspirations of organisations. Our aim is to support and strengthen leadership in client systems and organisations.
