Job Description
Looking for a resource who works without looking at the clock and focus on the productivity,
and plays a key role in the Organization to optimize the business performance. Should be able to well balance the clients, team and the organization needs. Should be able to maintain the healthy competition in all the aspects.

Responsibilities
• Understand the services and able to increase the clientele.
• Should be able to participate in the growth of the company by implementing new ideas and introducing new business approaches.
• Mapping competitors for development of new products & services
• Improve overall reach & spread of the services with better penetration in influencers segment.
• Ensure geographical mapping of identified location to cover all customers in the identified location
• Preparing Contract forms and acquiring knowledge in different domains.
• Maintaining good rapport with the clients and the team members.
• Upgrading the skills according to the rapid growth and variant changes of Market
Requirements and skills
• Passionate in selling IT services and Customized Products
• Expertise in designing and implementation of business development strategies
• The ability to self-motivate and update the domain knowledge
• High-level communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability in handling teams
• Ability to work with different geographic clients
