IndoClassified.com is a community site with the purpose to establish contacts especially for the buying and selling of goods through classifieds on the World Wide Web. IndoClassified.com only provides information entered by our users. You understand that all information you enter (including images or external links or any other material or any other information you enter or link in or out), referred to hereafter as "listing" or "items" or "information", are the sole responsibility of the user entering the information. The right to publish any material, or edit it, lies solely with the user and if you have posted it, with you.

Advertisement Restrictions

We prohibit the advertising of any item that is illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation. It is your responsibility to post only legal goods and services and you must make sure that what you post on our websites is legal and conforms to all the legal requirements of your local, state, provincial, federal or foreign law and regulations. 12. Weapons and Ammunition.
13. Alcoholic Beverages, Liquor, tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, intoxicants of any description, medicines, palliative/curative substances nor shall you provide link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of items, goods or services that are prohibited under any applicable law for the time being in force including but not limited to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs And Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 Narcotic Drug and Prohibited Substances Act and the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
14. Lottery Tickets, Sweepstakes Entries and Slot Machines.
15. Inappropriate, Wrong Category (e.g Car for sale is listed in real estate category).
16. Incorrect City / Location of Listing (listing allowed only in the city you are based in, of listing).

Privacy Policy

          IndoClassified.com values the privacy of information pertaining to its associates. We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our website. 

          By posting on IndoClassified.com, you agree to receive promotional communications from us (email and/or SMS) unless you specifically indicate otherwise in writing to us at care@indoclassified.com. 

          We do not disclose any personal information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password, credit card number and bank account number.
